A concept sprint is an interactive workshop in which we work together to develop your product concept with a strong customer focus. We take inspiration from current market trends, get feedback from potential customers and develop different versions of the product concept together with you. This process helps you to get a clear vision and initial design for your product and ensure that it meets market requirements.
As part of the conception sprint, we use artificial intelligence (AI) to visualize your product ideas. At the same time, we conduct qualitative interviews with potential customers and collect valuable feedback. This information helps us to further refine and improve your product concepts until we have several promising variants. These can then be tested live on the market in the idea test.
A typical concept sprint takes about a week. During this time, we develop several product concepts together with your team, visualize them and validate the most promising ones in qualitative interviews. At the end of the sprint, you are ready for a quantitative idea test.
"Insight", "Benefit" and "Reason-to-Believe" (RTB) are important parts of developing a product concept. By "Insight" we mean a deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors. "Benefit" refers to the use or value that your product offers customers. And "Reason-to-Believe" is the evidence or reason why customers should believe that your product delivers the promised benefit.
